About Me

My photo
I am a mom that fell in love with photography many years ago. After having my first daughter my passion grew for photography. I didn't want to miss any special moments. I wanted beautiful photographs of every milestone they achieved. I feel everyone should have those special moments captured! As a mom of 4 littles (3 growing girls, and one little bouncing boy) I know and aware of how quickly time passes! My mission.... to capture those big and small special moments! I want you to feel relaxed and just have fun! So with that said if you want to go barefoot? GO for it! Also please don't shy away from bold color or pattern clothing for your photo's! This will create beautiful photos filled with real expressions.

So this summer we are going to many different places and sight seeing and having some fun. Getting little wet, hiking you name it. BUT, while doing so I have designated a camera for each child to have to take with us. I am encouraging them to take photos of what we are doing and whatever they want. Lets just say we have alot of photos so far and summer has just begun. You be amazed what they find interesting and amazing! The goal of this project to just have fun but also to make keepsake memories of what they did this summer in a fun unique way. I could take the pictures and they be great. But there's something about them doing it on their own that makes it more special. Life can be simple :)

So this is a picture of Payton taken by Kayla.. Pretty good job for a 10yr old.

While in Chicago we visited the sky deck in Willis tower(sears tower) and I handed the camera to the older two girls and this photo was taken by Payton and is a picture of Kayla.

Father's day is always a bitter sweet for me. I lost my father almost 8 years ago.

Father's day was fulfilled by going out for dinner, hanging out with the kids. Over all a great day :) For father's day I made bay a tee that has a inside family joke. Boy did it make his daddy laugh and smile. Here are some photos from yesterday

Relay for life-

Relay for life, where there's hope! I have never gone to a relay for life before, and must say that I was taken back by all the luminaries, and families that were there to remember their loved ones. It was a beautiful warm summer night, as night fell all you saw were the lite luminaries what a image to take in. They then proceeded to read of all the names of the luminaries , there were people who kept walking and people who stood or sat by the luminary that they were there to remember. That evening I took the time to remember Debbie, Marie, Grandpa Tag, and Norma. May there be a cure soon so more lives are not lost. Then it was kicked off with two great bands. Lizzy Neal band being one of them, a must see!

Below is a picture of Daddy and Bay at the diaper derby that started off Relay for life.

One picture of one of the many luminaries that were there for Debbie Finkboner

Lets see what has happened in this last week. I did my first photo shoot for a baby shower! That was alot of fun. I also took advantage and did some belly shots.

Well for starters we had a fun family week doing everything from pinick's, swimming, and a day spent in Chicago. While in chi town we visited the Shedd Aquarium, Willis Tower skydeck, and last but not least Millienum Park. The kids had a blast! The kids were in amazement of the hussle n bussel in chicago. Everything from the homeless on the street to the guitar and saxaphone players on the street cornors. At the end of the night while we sat and ate dinner my kids piped up and said what was there favorite thing they did. And low and behold you wouldn't know better but they loved the things that didn't cost us a dime. (LOL) My kids are so creative and spunky. I didn't get the chance to take as many pictures as I would have liked but here are a few from that day.
